Oh how very exciting, today is San Juan, which is celebrated with fireworks and plenty of booze (so I hear) at the beach in lovely Spain.

This Thursday I am playing photographer for my graduating class (first official gig for myself) and on Friday Shakir and I wanted to drop into the massive 1 weeks Psychabilly Festival at Pinida del Mar.

Also my boy has good news, a new job with a very generous boss who wants him to come and visit for a week in France. We get to stay in one of his lovely gites… Well, Shakir is going to work and my camera will have a field day.

Oh joy.

I absolutely must have repressed what happened the last time, after I had a short term period of exercise motivation.

I exploded like a little muffin!
A little self-conscious with the sprinting though, mainly because I have the fitness of a marshmallow when it comes to running…

However I have a skipping rope – could that replace the sprints?

Also worried about my back when it comes to crunches, any alternatives you can suggest for abs exercises?
(I will be looking up those plank stances – they sound very pirate-related at this stage…)

So,

I have been doing 86 leg-raises daily and will up it by 10% next month.

Also was able to keep my minimum of daily 5km (3miles) walks intact. Now, however under the burning Spanish sun, which mercilessly tries to destroy my plans!

Well, anyhow – lots of improvements made, plus my beautiful Shakir provides daily fresh fruit juices and extra vitamins for me. :)

Of course not, – Setting my aims high.

I just met a 21 year old at my exact weight who lifts 160 pounds, while she is standing. (And she doesn’t look like a man)

I also met a 45 year old lady who managed to lift (not bench press) 120 pounds and she only started.

So come on, I am in my prime!

At the moment I am only lifting my shopping… (Boyfriend calls out: “No, you’re not. I AM!“)
... well, alright, maybe it will come, we’ll see :D

I was actually thinking of a new book you may be reading – I wasn’t aware that writing was an option?

Hey, guess what. All this Accounting talk gave me lots of confidence and now I have decided to forget all about PR and Communication and am actually just about to finish my Global Banking Masters thanks to you!

Helped that I had a really inspirational teacher.

Perth would be just a short little stop – a few months, depending where I’ll find a better job (no doubt Sydney or Melbourne). Afterwards I could see myself in Singapore. Who knows.

Although I doubt that all girls complain about their bodies, I … ahem,... merely have points of possible improvements. :)

There is a beautiful little Business School that offers Masters I am going to.

Benefit is that you can complete it within 9 months, or a double masters in 12 months, – their schools are based in various EU countries, (The Netherlands, Belgium and Spain for example) – you can jump from one to the other without messing up your course structure and see Europe at the same time.

Because the schools are still pretty school courses are still very personalize and I pick up some amazing lecturers who also teach at other much more local expensive schools.
